The Online Print Summit is more than a conference – it’s the strategic heartbeat of a global industry in transformation. Since 2013, the OPS united the brightest minds and boldest innovators in digital print, mass customization, and AI-driven commerce. From industry giants to rising newcomers, they all gather here to shape the future together.
If you’re serious about growth, staying relevant, and forging real C-level connections, OPS is the place to be.
Direct access to decision-makers.
OPS is the only global event that guarantees face-to-face interaction with C-level executives from leading online print businesses.
Early spotlight, lasting impact.
Partners are featured in campaigns, content, and conversations long before the event starts – ensuring maximum visibility and ROI.
Your brand at the center of the conversation.
From co-branded content to exclusive briefings and curated matchmaking, OPS offers premium formats to showcase your solutions with both relevance and reach.
Part of the inner circle.
Sponsors gain insider access to industry trends, key players, and exclusive networking zones that no outsider can reach.
No fluff – all relevance.
OPS is curated by industry experts, not event managers – which means every contact, format, and session is designed to move your business forward.
We don’t just offer a stand—we deliver a stage. Our partner services are designed to make your OPS appearance effortless, visible, and valuable.

100% More Exhibition Space. 100% More Hygge. 100% More Networking. Our new location – the Alte Kongresshalle in Munich – offers exciting new possibilities to showcase your brand and solutions at their best. Spread across two floors, it offers not only significantly more attractive exhibition space than before, but also plenty of room for meaningful conversations. What’s more, the new venue provides ample space to introduce new event formats that go well beyond our previous partner packages. Further information about the venue can be found here:
At the Online Print Summit, we’ll once again bring high-profile speakers, industry experts, and exciting start-ups to the stage. But that’s not all! In 2026, the OPS will launch new and engaging formats that enable participants to engage more deeply with specific topics. The updated structure of the summit focuses on core topics such as AI, market development, print-on-demand, and mass customization. It will also place greater emphasis on interactive dialogue formats, curated matchmaking sessions, and hands-on “experience labs.” More information about the program is available here:
At the Online Print Summit 2026, we’re introducing a brand-new format for our partners: Executive Briefings. These one-hour sessions will take place on both OPS days, scheduled for the first half of the day, before the main conference begins. As a partner, you have full control over the content of your briefing, which will be featured in the official OPS program. Attendees must register in advance, giving you a valuable opportunity to generate qualified leads. The briefing rooms are fully equipped with the necessary technology. The fee of €2,500 (plus VAT) includes room rental, catering, and promotion across all OPS channels. Please note: Executive Briefings must be booked separately in addition to your selected partner package. Each partner may book a maximum of two briefings.
The Advisory Board contributes practical expertise and insights into current industry trends, actively ensuring a program that stays in tune with the times.
The Online Print Summit Advisory Board unites leading thought leaders and market makers from industry, technology, and consulting to bring new momentum and practical content to the program. Together, we identify relevant trends at an early stage, set priorities and ensure that the topics on stage truly matter. The committee meets several times in the run-up to the event and supports the organizing team as a critical sparring partner. It’s not about show, but about substance – well-founded, independent and with a clear view of the benefits for the community. This way, the Summit remains close to what really matters in the industry.
