Conditions for online registration for the Online Print Summit 2026

§ 1 Subject Matter

(1) These terms and conditions apply to online registration for the Online Print Summit on March 12 and 13, 2026 in Munich (hereinafter: event) as well as to the use of the community app and registration. The event is organized by zipcon consulting GmbH, Am Buchenhain 4, 45239 Essen and Verband Druck und Medien Beratung GmbH, Einsteinring 1a, 85609 Aschheim b. München.

(2) The Event is aimed exclusively at companies and their employees (Participants). Participation by consumers (as defined in §13 BGB [German Civil Code]) is not possible.

(3) Online registration and use of the community app are based exclusively on these terms and conditions. When using the community app, the terms of use of the software developer (TeksMobile Australia Pty Ltd., 1/10-14 Boyle St, Sutherland, NSW 2232, Australia) may also apply. Conflicting, supplementary or deviating terms and conditions of the participant or a third party shall not become part of the contract.

§ 2 Registration

(1) Registration for the event takes place online at the URL www.online-print-summit.com and via the community app. The representation of the event at this URL does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a contract for participation. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to complete the registration process.

(2) The participant submits a binding offer to conclude the contract for participation in the event by clicking on the “place order” button after completing the online registration.

(3) The contract for participation is concluded when the organizers expressly declare acceptance of the participant’s offer (confirmation of participation). In the case of payment via the payment provider Stripe, acceptance takes place automatically once payment has been made.

§ 3 Event program

(1) The event program can be found in the program overview, which can be accessed online at https://www.online-print-summit.com/programm/ and via the app.

(2) Changes to the program schedule or changes to the content of the program for important reasons are reserved. The organizer will make every effort to communicate changes in good time at https://www.online-print-summit/programm/ and via the app.

(3) Any changes in accordance with § 3 (2) do not entitle Participants to a reduction in the participation fee.

§ 4 Participation fee and terms of payment

(1) The amount of the participation fee is displayed during the registration process. All prices quoted are net prices and are subject to VAT at the statutory rate.

(2) Members of the zipcon circle of friends, the bvdm regional associations, Fogra, the Austrian Printing & Media Association, dpsuisse/viscom, VIGC, INTERGRAF, Assografici, Febelgra, the Association of the Swiss Printing Industry and the Online Print Initiative may be entitled to discounted participation fees. Proof of membership must be provided in a suitable manner upon request prior to participation.

(3) The participation fee covers participation in the event program, including the accompanying materials offered (if released by the rights holders in accordance with § 6), drinks during breaks, lunch and the evening program. Travel and accommodation costs shall be borne by the participant.

(4) Payment is made via the “Stripe” payment method. The payment services are provided by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. These are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (Stripe Connected Account Agreement: https://stripe.com/de-ch/connect-account/legal), which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (Stripe Terms of Service: https://stripe.com/de/legal) (collectively referred to as the “Stripe Services Agreement”). In order to use Stripe’s payment services, it is necessary for the customer to provide the requested information completely and correctly. If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect information, this may mean that Stripe’s payment services cannot be used and a payment cannot be authorized.

(5) The participant shall receive an invoice by email to the business email address provided by him/her during the registration and payment process. The details on the invoice are based on the information provided by the participant during the registration and payment process. If the participant has provided incorrect information, in particular regarding the company name, and wishes to change the corresponding invoice at a later date, this is only possible by contacting the organizers [contact@online-print-summit.com] and paying a corresponding amendment fee.

§ 5 Community app and participation

(1) In order to participate in the event, the participant must register for the community app in addition to registering. The participant can install the community app on a supported end device or operate it via a supported browser.

(2) To create an account in the community app (participant account), the participant must provide their first and last name, a valid business email address and their company, among other things. The e-mail address, together with an automatically generated passcode, constitutes the access data for the community app. The passcode will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant upon registration. The participant has the option of voluntarily entering further information about themselves (e.g. position) in their participant account, which is visible to other participants as a profile.

(3) The participant assures that the information provided during registration is truthful and complete. The use of fantasy names or pseudonyms is not permitted. Multiple registrations are not permitted.

(4) The participant undertakes to treat his/her access data confidentially. In particular, he/she is prohibited from passing them on to third parties or allowing third parties to access the participant account in any other way. Should the participant have any indications of unauthorized use of his/her customer account by third parties, he/she is obliged to inform the organizers immediately.

(5) The participant can use the community app to view information about the event and share content with other participants.

(6) Participation in the event is not possible without presenting the confirmation of participation in the community app as part of on-site registration.

§ 6 Sending a substitute, withdrawal and cancellation of the event

(1) If the participant is unable to attend the event, he/she is entitled to nominate a substitute person to attend the event in his/her place. The substitute person must be named to the organizer at least 14 days before the event. For this purpose, the information required for registration must be sent to contact@online-print-summit.com before the start of the event. In this case, the participant will not incur any additional costs. There are no further claims against the organizer. The replacement person must register for the community app in accordance with § 5 of these GTC in order to be admitted to the event.

(2) If the participant cancels his/her registration and does not nominate a replacement person in accordance with paragraph 1 in good time, the entire participation fee is due. However, depending on the date of cancellation, we will refund part of the participation fee as follows:
– up to 30 days before the start of the event: the participation fee paid less 50%;
– less than 30 days before the start of the event: no refund.

(3) The organizers reserve the right to cancel or terminate the event in whole or in part for good cause in accordance with the following provisions. Good cause shall be deemed to exist if the organizers cannot reasonably be expected to hold the conference, taking into account all circumstances of the individual case and weighing up the interests of both parties. In particular, good cause shall be deemed to exist in the event of a justified risk of terrorist attacks, severe natural disasters, force majeure (e.g. acts of war, strikes, epidemics, operational disruptions), incapacity, illness or death of persons who are essential to the content and execution of the event.

(4) If the event is canceled in accordance with paragraph 3, the obligation to pay shall lapse. Participants may demand reimbursement for payments already made. If the event is interrupted, participants shall receive a pro rata refund commensurate with the scope of the program items lost. Participants are not entitled to any further claims due to the cancellation or interruption of the event, unless the organizers are responsible for the reason for the cancellation or interruption.

(5) The event shall not be deemed to have been canceled if it is held as a virtual and therefore digital event instead.

§ 7 Event documents and recordings

(1) Documents handed out to participants in connection with the event are protected by copyright. Reproduction or publication is not permitted. The documents may only be used for personal use.

(2) Image and sound recordings for commercial purposes are not permitted during the event. Participants have the opportunity to take pictures of the event when using the community app, which can be made available to all other participants via the community app.

(3) The organizer will take photos during the event in which participants can also be seen. The participant grants the organizer the right to use, in particular to make publicly accessible and disseminate photos taken by the organizer on the occasion of his/her participation in the Online Print Summit for reporting on this event and for advertising future similar events of the organizer, in particular on the websites online-print-summit.com, www.beyond-print.de, zipcon.de, the websites of the print and media associations and bvdm-online.de online and in any printed form as well as in social networks for an unlimited period of time and place.

(4) The participant has not the right to be named.

(5) The customer shall not receive remuneration for the rights granted under item (3).

§ 8 Liability

(1) The organizers shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. The organizers shall be liable for slight negligence in the event of injury to life, limb and health of persons.

(2) Otherwise the organizers are only liable for a breach resulting from ordinary negligence of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which is only possible through the proper conduct of the Event and compliance with which Participants may reasonably and regularly rely on (cardinal obligation). Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to damages that are foreseeable on the date of contract conclusion, the occurrence of which can be typically expected. This limitation of liability also applies to the organizers’ vicarious agents.

§ 9 Final provisions

(1) Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

(2) German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Munich.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for sponsors and partners of the Online Print Summit (OPS) 2026

§1 Scope and subject matter

(1) These terms and conditions apply to the participation of interested companies as partners, start-up partners and supporters (hereinafter also referred to as “OPS participants”) at the Online Print Summit (OPS). The event will take place on 12 and 13 March 2026 in Munich and will be hosted by zipcon consulting GmbH, Am Buchenhain 4, 45239 Essen and Verband Druck und Medien Beratung GmbH, Einsteinring 1a, 85609 Aschheim b. München (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

(2) The Online Print Summit offers companies from the supplier industry and print service providers the opportunity to present themselves at the event. The basis for this are the partner packages on offer, the additional formats that can be booked by partners and the supporter packages on offer.

(3) Partner and supporter packages can only be booked via the online-print-summit.com website and the event tool used therein.

§ 2 Scope of services

(1) The organizers offer the OPS participants package-based services. The packages consist of modules for visibility, interaction and brand impact. Typical service areas are in particular

  • Exhibition and presence services
  • Ticket contingents (inclusive and/or discounted tickets)
  • Visibility in event media (e.g. websites, event app, program, partner overviews, partner wall, printed materials)
  • Editorial and advertising integration before, during and after the event (e.g. social media, newsletter, beyond-print.de, vdm-beratung.de)
  • Access to community/networking tools (e.g. event app with matchmaking/content options)
  • Possibilities for providing materials (e.g. goodie bag)
  • Participation in networking formats (e.g. evening events) and optional executive or C-level formats if applicable

(2) The specific scope of services, package names, contents, quantities, sizes, prices, discounts, deadlines and available additional options and participation requirements are set out in the service and package description published on the event website and in the booking tool at the time of booking and in the booking/order confirmation. These documents become part of the contract. Updates on the website shall only apply to future bookings.

(3) The version of the service and package description at the time of booking shall be authoritative; any subsequent changes shall only apply to future bookings.

(4) If a package is booked with a stand, the use of the booked stand by several companies at the same time (e.g. through joint branding, double presence or double logos) is not permitted. Each stand area is intended exclusively for the officially registered OPS participant. Transferring the stand space to third parties is only permitted in justified exceptional cases and only with the prior written approval of the organizers.

(5) Editorial sovereignty, placement and design are the responsibility of the organizers. There is no entitlement to specific placements, time slots, formats, reach or scope of nominations, unless expressly guaranteed in the respective service package booked. The organizers may curate, summarize, adapt or reject content if it violates guidelines, legal requirements or technical specifications.

§ 3 Formation of the contract

(1) Partner and supporter packages are booked via the Online Print Summit website and the booking tool used therein.

(2) A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of the online booking by the organizers. Special placements and additional services require a separate written confirmation from the contractual partners.

(3) The contractually agreed services shall be deemed to have been provided on a pro rata basis from the time at which an OPS participant is publicly named for the first time within the framework of OPS 2026 – in particular by publishing its logo on the event website, in social media, in the program or other official means of communication of the OPS. The performance period for the organizers also begins at this point in time.

(4) The organizers have a special right of termination and can unilaterally cancel bookings already made in individual cases. The prerequisite for this is that the special termination is made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the booking. In particular, the organizers may terminate OPS participants who do not agree with the values of the Online Print Summit and the organizers.

§ 4 Terms of payment

(1) Payment is made exclusively by credit card via the booking portal on the OPS website.

(2) The prices for the respective packages are displayed during the ordering process and do not include the applicable VAT.

(3) The organizers may grant early booking discounts. As a rule, these are only granted for partner packages and are only valid if payment is made in full within the specified early booking period. In the event of late payment, the regular price is due.

(4) After receipt of payment, an electronic invoice with VAT shown in accordance with § 14 UStG will be provided.

§ 5 Obligations of the OPS participant to cooperate

(1) The OPS participant undertakes to provide all content required for the provision of services (e.g. logos, texts, image materials, company information) in full, in suitable quality and within the deadlines set by the organizer and to ensure that it holds the rights required for this.

(2) The OPS participant shall ensure that its booked exhibition stand is properly set up at the agreed time and is continuously staffed by its own personnel or representatives until the official end of the event, provided that it has booked a package with this service. Timely dismantling after the end of the event must also be ensured.

(3) Failure to cooperate in whole or in part shall not release the organizers from their contractual obligations, but may restrict the provision of services or make it impossible. In this case, there are no claims for reimbursement or compensation.

§ 6 Event documents and recordings

(1) The organizers may take photos and videos during the event in which OPS participants can also be seen. The OPS Participant grants the Organizers the right to use, in particular to make publicly accessible and disseminate, photos and videos taken of him/her by the Organizers on the occasion of his/her participation in the Online Print Summit for reporting on this event and for advertising future similar events of the Organizers, in particular on the websites online-print-summit.com, www.beyond-print.de, zipcon.de, the websites of the print and media associations and bvdm-online.de online and in any printed form as well as in social networks for an unlimited period of time and place.

(2) OPS participants shall not receive any remuneration for the rights granted under para. 1.

§ 7 Changes to the event format

The organizers reserve the right to make program changes, schedule adjustments or changes of location if these are organizationally necessary and reasonable for the OPS participant. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or official requirements.

§ 8 Cancellation conditions and sending a replacement partner

(1) The OPS participant may cancel a booking made free of charge up to 30 calendar days after the booking, provided that no advertising mention has been made by then. Cancellations made after this date and by December 31, 2025 will incur a fee of 50% of the package price. Cancellations made after January 1, 2026 will result in the full amount being retained. There will be no refund for no-shows.

(2) The appointment of a substitute partner is only possible with the written consent of the organizer.

§ 9 Cancellation of the event

(1) The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons. An important reason exists in particular in the event of force majeure, official orders, safety concerns, epidemic/pandemic situations, technical impossibility or other unforeseeable events that make it impossible or unreasonably difficult to carry out the event as planned.

(2) In the event of a complete cancellation before the start of the event, any payments already made by the partners shall be refunded on a pro rata basis. This shall be after deduction of any non-cancelable expenses already incurred that are directly related to the booked service (e.g. advertising materials, digital services, pre-produced content). Any further claims for compensation, in particular for consequential damages, loss of sales or travel expenses, are excluded.

(3) If the event is postponed or held in digital or hybrid form, booked services – adapted to the new format – shall remain valid. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund, provided that the essential service components are retained.

§ 10 Exclusion of liability

(1) The organizers shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. The organizers shall be liable for slight negligence in the event of injury to life, limb and health of persons.

(2) In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), i.e. obligations that enable the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely, the liability of the organizers is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, but not exceeding the amount of the booked package.

(3) The limitation of liability shall also apply in the event of fault on the part of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizers.

§ 11 Data protection

The data collected during registration and package booking will be used to process the collaboration and for event communication. The data protection provisions on the event website apply.

§ 12 Final provisions

(1) German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) The place of jurisdiction is Munich.

(3) Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or void, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(4) Subsidiary agreements must be made in writing.
